Version of September 25, 2026
Terms and conditions
The terms on which Kaiser Perfume sells its fragrances.
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by customers on kaiserperfume.com. By placing an order you accept them in the version valid at the time of the order.
2. Seller
KAISER PERFUME UAB, Kukučių g. 39, LT-51338, Kaunas, Lithuania. Email: info@kaiserperfume.com, phone: +49 1525 1813032.
3. Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of products on the website is not a binding offer. By clicking the order button at the end of the checkout you place a binding order. We confirm receipt of your order by email; this confirmation is not yet an acceptance. The contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance of the order or dispatch the goods, and at the latest when payment is completed.
The contract can be concluded in English, German, Spanish or Russian. We store the text of the contract and send you the order details by email.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are added to the price and are shown before you place the order. Payment is made online through the Paysera payment system, by bank card or online banking, and is due when the order is placed.
5. Delivery
We deliver to all countries of the European Economic Area. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days; delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on the destination country. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to you when they are handed to you.
6. Right of withdrawal
Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons it does not apply to perfumes whose protective packaging has been opened after delivery. The full terms and the model withdrawal form are on the Right of withdrawal page.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
8. Warranty
You have the statutory rights in respect of defects in the goods. If a product arrives damaged or defective, write to support@kaiserperfume.com and we will find a solution.
9. Disputes
If a dispute cannot be resolved with us directly, you may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of the Republic of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, www.vvtat.lt).
10. Applicable law
The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you have your habitual residence.
11. Final provisions
Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected.
