The 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from this contract and return your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) received the goods, without giving any reason.

Strict Conditions for Perfume Returns

Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, perfume products can only be returned if they are completely unused, undamaged, and in their original, unopened packaging (including the intact protective plastic wrapping/cellophane layer).

Warning: If the protective plastic seal has been broken, or the perfume has been sprayed even once, the product cannot be returned or refunded under Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

How to Initiate a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement:

Please include your full name, order number, and date of purchase in your request.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying the direct costs of returning the goods. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification. If the product meets our return criteria (is unopened and sealed), we will process your refund.

The refund will be credited automatically to your original method of payment within 14 days from the day we were informed of your withdrawal decision (we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back).
